Breaking the Grid

This collection explores geometry disrupted—a study of structured forms intentionally broken apart to celebrate individuality and defy conformity. Inspired by the rigid lines of traditional tailoring, the silhouettes exaggerate proportion and movement to create a dialogue between structure and freedom.

The oversized, flowing kimono becomes the symbolic hero piece: a garment that rejects restriction, draping dramatically around the body to express liberation, rebellion, and fluid identity. Every exaggerated angle and liberated fold transforms the wearer into a moving protest against uniformity, redefining geometry as something expressive.

        Patchwork; Craft

Patchwork in this collection is a deliberate act of mindful consumption. By working with reclaimed textiles and surplus materials—many sourced through my volunteer work at Fabscrap—the garment becomes a form of circular design, where nothing is wasted and every scrap is given new purpose.
